Accused fled from court, arrested again on Cyboard

Narayanganj Correspondent: Raju alias Roni used to beat his mother for drug money. Unable to bear his torture, mother Parveen Begum approached the court. As he did not appear before the court after the case, the learned court issued a warrant against Raju. Following that warrant, the police arrested him and produced him in court. But later the court dismissed him from the case as he was proved to be mentally ill. Raju aka Roni ran away from the edge of the learned court without completing the legal proceedings, happy to be dismissed.

The incident happened in Narayanganj court premises. Raju alias Roni escaped from the court premises on Wednesday (April 3) afternoon. In this incident, Narayanganj Detective Branch (DB) and Court Police arrested him from the signboard area of ​​Siddhirganj. Court Police Police Inspector (OC) Asaduzzaman confirmed the poisoning.

Accused Raju alias Roni (27) of Bandar Upazila. Son of Motaleb Mia. On July 11 last year, his mother filed a case in the Narayanganj Court as the plaintiff for beating his mother by consuming drugs. (Cases are filed under Section-323, 380, 427 and 506)

Court Police Police Inspector (OC) Asaduzzaman said that the accused Raju alias Roni (27) had mental problems and the learned court dismissed him from the case today. At that time he ran away from the court. At that time, DB police and court police raided him and arrested him.

When asked about this, Additional Superintendent of Police Chailau Marma said that the case of beating up his parents after consuming drugs was against the accused. He was later arrested on a warrant. However, the accused escaped from the court today. Later the police arrested him again and sent him to jail.
