8 members of juvenile gang arrested in Pabna

Pabna Correspondent: RAB arrested 8 members of a juvenile gang in the middle of the night on charges of involvement in various crimes including theft, dacoity, banditry, robbery, drug consumption on the streets and Oligli in Ishwardi of Pabna.

They were arrested on Saturday (March 23) around 2 am in the Railway Station Road area of ​​Iswardi town.

The arrested are Yobair Rahman (17) son of Shakil Rahman of Kachari neighborhood of Ishwardi, son of Abdur Rahim of Am Bagan area. Rohan (21), Al Amin (17), son of Mohammad Jabed Ali of Am Bagan area, Mohammad Bappi (16), son of deceased Liton Pramanan of Ambagan area, son of Mohammad Anis Sheikh of the same area. Rakib (17), Mohammad Shihab (16), son of Mohammad Jahangir of Kadamtala village, Md. Murad Hossain's son Mehrab Hossain (17), East Tengri Md. Son of Hasan Ali. Tahsin (17).

RAB 12 Commander Major Md. Ehteshamul Haque said that on the basis of secret information, RAB conducted an operation in Station Road area under Ishwardi Thana of District 12 around 2 am. During the arrest, 6 mobile phones were recovered from them.

He also said that the preliminary investigation by RAB revealed that the members of the said juvenile gang group were committing various crimes including theft, dacoity, banditry, robbery, drug consumption in different streets and alleys under Ishwardi police station of Pabna district. After interrogation, they were handed over to Ishwardi police station in Pabna district for further legal action.
