Lalmonirhat Correspondent: In Aditmari Upazila of Lalmonirhat, child Roman (6) got angry at being called a thief and killed Kishore Ashikur Rahman (14). When the police arrested Kishore Ashikur Rahman in this incident, the mystery of the murder came out. Ashiqur is the son of Mucha Mia of Vadai Kholahati village in the same upazila. And the deceased child Roman Mia is the son of Aminur Haque of that area. On Tuesday (April 2) morning, he was arrested from his home by Aditmari police station. Then the juvenile gave a confessional statement in the court under section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Superintendent of Police Mohammad Saiful Islam confirmed this information in a pre-briefing at Lalmonirhat Police Super Conference Room on Tuesday (April 2) afternoon.

He said that the police recovered the body of the child Roman from a tobacco field in Vadai Setu Bazaar area of ​​the upazila on Saturday, the day after the disappearance of the child Roman last Friday (March 29). Aminur Islam, the father of child Roman, filed a murder case as the plaintiff in this incident.

In the press conference, the Superintendent of Police also said that Kishore Ashikur stole a goat in the area. And the child Roman Mia saw this theft. Ashikur was fined 5 thousand rupees in the arbitration meeting. From then on Ashikur was called a goat thief by the child Roman. In the wake of this, it is said that the plan to kill Roman was made angry.

Superintendent of Police said that according to the murder plan, Ashikur called the child Roman that afternoon and made friends with him to play games. Later in the evening, someone took Majmul Haque's tobacco and strangled him to death by slitting his neck. After killing, the tobacco plant is placed in the drain between the two rows, covered with some tobacco leaves and soil. after

On Saturday (March 30) afternoon, the police recovered the body from Kholahati Setubazar area of ​​Vadai Union of the upazila.

The Superintendent of Police also said that the process is underway to send the arrested Kishore Ashikur to the Jessore Kishore Refinery.
