Joint Mobile Court Program in Mymensingh District

RAB-14, CPSC, Mymensingh has collected fines and sealed various institutions by running mobile courts in various hospitals and diagnostic centers in collaboration with district administration, National Consumer Protection Directorate and Civil Surgeon Office in the area covered by RAB-14, CPSC company.

On the same date, Square Hospital and Diagnostic, City Hospital, New City Hospital and United Clinic under Kotwali police station of Mymensingh district were sealed by the Health Department for not having the license issued by the said hospitals.

On March 25, 2024 at 1130 hrs in Char Ishwardia area under Kotwali police station of Mymensingh district, Masha Allah Lachcha Semai, Seva Lachcha Semai, Fuchka House, Momin Food Products factory due to unhygienic environment, use of expired raw materials and chemical dyes respectively through National Directorate of Consumer Protection 22,000/ -, 15,000/-, 10,000/- and 10,000 by collecting a total penalty of 57,000/- (fifty seven) thousand rupees.

On March 28, 2024 at 1100 hours, Master Hospital and Masterbari Popular Hospital and Diagnostic Center in Bhaluka Thana area of ​​Mymensingh district charged a total of Rs. Twenty) thousand rupees fine and Masterbari Popular Hospital and Diagnostic Center sealed the lab due to lack of diagnostic license.
