Diplomatic Correspondent: Pakistan High Commissioner to Bangladesh, Mr. Imran Haider, visited the SOS Children’s Villages Bangladesh National Office and its family houses in Dhaka on Monday. During the visit, he met with Mr. Md. Enamul Haque, National Director of SOS Children’s Villages Bangladesh, and donated laptops to resident children from different parts of the country to support their education and digital learning.
The National Director expressed appreciation for the Pakistan High Commission’s continued engagement and valuable support in enhancing educational opportunities for children living in SOS Children’s Villages across Bangladesh. He thanked the High Commission for its commitment to empowering young learners through access to technology.
During his interaction with the children, High Commissioner Imran Haider encouraged them to make the best use of the educational resources available to them, remain dedicated to their studies, and build a brighter future through hard work, determination, and perseverance.
The High Commissioner also praised the unwavering dedication of the staff members and caregivers of SOS Children’s Villages Bangladesh for their tireless efforts in providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children while inspiring them to pursue their dreams with confidence and hope.
