BBC journalist's wife and two daughters killed in UK, suspect arrested

International Desk: The wife of a BBC journalist and her two daughters were killed with a crossbow in Bushey, East England, Herdfordshire, United Kingdom.

Police have arrested a suspect in this incident. This information was given in a BBC report. Kyle Clifford, 26, was arrested near a cemetery in north London with his injuries.

The police have launched a massive operation to catch him.  BBC Five Live racing commentator John Hunt's wife and two daughters were attacked at their home in Bushey, Hertfordshire. A woman who knows John Hunt's family well says of the family that they are very sincere, friendly and tender-hearted people. They have always come forward to help others. 

According to the police, the suspect who has been arrested in this murder had left the army service two years ago. John Hunt's wife Carol Hunt (61) and two daughters Hannah Hunt (28) and Louise Hunt (25) were seriously injured in the attack and all died at the scene.

Meanwhile, as soon as the incident of this murder came to light, a shadow of grief fell among the media workers of the United Kingdom, including the BBC. Hunt has been with the BBC for over 30 years.

He is also very popular among the media and racing fans.  It is still not clear why three people were killed together. It was not possible to verify whether the suspects had prior acquaintance with the murdered women.
