Hezbollah shot down 900 drones in Israel's Hermes military base

International Desk: In revenge for Israel's brutal attacks against the Gaza Strip and Lebanon, Lebanon's Islamic resistance movement Hezbollah has launched another attack on various Israeli targets. Hezbollah said in a statement on Sunday night that it shot down an Israeli Hermes-900 drone that had invaded Lebanon's airspace. Also, as a result of their attack, another drone escaped to Israel. According to the statement, a Hermes-900 drone was shot down by Hezbollah's air defense system at 4:30 pm local time on Sunday.

Another drone was forced to leave Lebanese airspace. News from Meher News. Meanwhile, on Sunday, Hezbollah fired a bunch of rockets targeting the Israeli port city of Haifa. Hizbullah fired a bunch of sophisticated rockets at Haifa's "Tira Carmel" army base around 4 pm on Sunday. In addition, Hezbollah fired various types of rockets at Israel's Samson military base command and supply center, Berea missile base, Markaba city, Qala plateau and Hunin barracks.

Israel has not disclosed the exact figures of casualties in these attacks. Meanwhile, Lebanon's National News Agency reported that Zionist Israel bombarded Beirut, South Lebanon and East Bekaa Valley on Sunday. In October 2023, Zionist Israel invaded Lebanon in addition to launching an invasion of the Gaza Strip.

In response to the aggression of the occupying forces, Hezbollah has also been launching rocket and missile attacks targeting the northern part of Israel for the past year.  About 100,000 settlers fled from various cities in northern Israel to the south due to Hezbollah's attacks.
