Kurigram Correspondent:  A discussion meeting and cake cutting was held on the occasion of International Midwife Day at Ulipur in Kurigram. Organized by the Upazila Health Complex, a rally started from the Upazila Health Complex at 11 am and ended at the Upazila Health Complex from Madhya Bazar. Later discussion meeting and cake cutting ceremony was held in Upazila Health Complex hall room.
