In the last 24 hours, 15 more people have been infected with corona in the country

News desk:  No one has died due to corona in the last 24 hours in the country. So far, 29 thousand 493 people have died due to corona virus in the country. 15 people were newly identified on this day. In all, the number of infected people stands at 20 lakh 49 thousand 499 people.

This information was informed in a press release about Corona sent by the Department of Health on Saturday (March 30). 271 samples have been tested in 24 hours in 885 labs under government and private management across the country. So far 1 crore 56 lakh 79 thousand 548 samples have been tested.

It is said that 33 people including asymptomatic patients have recovered in the last 24 hours in various hospitals and homes of the country including Dhaka City. A total of 20 lakh 16 thousand 819 people have recovered so far.

In the last 24 hours, the detection rate of sample testing is 5.54 percent. So far, considering the sample test, the detection rate is 13.07 percent. The recovery rate for detection is 98.41 percent and the death rate for detection is 1.44 percent.

It also informed that no one has come to isolation in the last 24 hours and no one has been released from isolation. So far, 4 lakh 52 thousand 955 people have come under isolation and 4 lakh 23 thousand 706 people have been released from isolation. Currently 29 thousand 249 people are in isolation.

According to the information of the Department of Health, the first patient of corona virus was detected in the country on March 8, 2020. 10 days later, on March 18, the first person died due to corona.
