5 drug dealers arrested in Faridpur

Faridpur Correspondent: District Detective (DB) Police arrested 5 drug dealers including ganja and heroin in Faridpur. On Saturday (August 19) afternoon, the 5 drug dealers were arrested from Harishava area of ​​South Tepakhola of Faridpur city.

The arrested are Bhumbul Saha (60), son of deceased Narendra Saha of South Tepakkhola Harisva area of ​​the city, Hasib Mondal (28), son of deceased Khalek Mandal of Charapschim Tepakkhola Paldangi area, Sujan Mia (27), son of Azad Mia of North Tepakkhola area, deceased Abul Khair Molyar of the same area. Son Faizur Rahman alias Jewel (40) and Ah Malek Fakir's son Fakir Md. Shamim (44).

Officer-in-Charge of Faridpur District Intelligence Police (Kotyali Zone). Rakibul Islam said that the 5 drug dealers were arrested based on secret information. Meanwhile, 300 grams of ganja and 40 puries of heroin were seized from them. In this regard, a drug case has been filed against the accused at Kotyali police station in Faridpur.
