Coronavirus: 1 lakh 85 thousand infected in one day in India breaking all records

International Desk: India devastated by Kovid-19 epidemic. Hundreds of people are dying every day in the country in the second wave of Corona. The country is also setting one record after another in daily infections. In the last 24 hours, 1 lakh 75 thousand corona patients have been identified. More people have not been infected with the corona for more than a year.

This news was given by NDTV quoting the Ministry of Health of India. According to the Union Ministry of Health, 1,65,382 people have been infected in the last 24 hours in the country. 1,026 people died, a record number of deaths in the last six months. Meanwhile, as per the data of World Omiters on Wednesday morning, 1 lakh 65 thousand 246 people have been identified in India in the last 24 hours which is the highest ever.

1,026 people died at the same time. The death toll stood at 1 lakh 72 thousand 115 people. The South Asian country is in the second position in the global list with a total of more than 1 crore 36 lakh 71 thousand infections. However, India is in the third position in terms of death. 1 crore 23 lakh people have recovered from corona in the country.

The most affected state, Maharashtra, has imposed a public curfew for the next 15 days. Section 144 is being issued across the state from 8 pm on Wednesday to prevent corona infection.

Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray said, "The situation is worse than last year across the state. and time is wasted. This time all the infrastructure will collapse. ”In December 2019, the coronavirus emerged in Wuhan, China. It has spread to 213 countries and regions of the world. The World Health Organization has declared it a global epidemic.
