Diplomatic Correspondent: Indian High Commissioner to Bangladesh Shri Dinesh Trivedi met with Dr. Zahed Ur Rahman, Adviser to the Prime Minister for Policy and Strategy and Adviser to the Ministries of Information and Broadcasting and Cultural Affairs, on Sunday.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed a wide range of issues concerning India-Bangladesh relations, with particular emphasis on strengthening cooperation and people-to-people connectivity between the two neighbouring countries.
Both dignitaries expressed optimism that the two vibrant democracies would continue to work together to further strengthen mutual understanding, cooperation and people-to-people relations.
The meeting reflected the shared commitment to maintaining and deepening the longstanding ties between India and Bangladesh through constructive engagement and closer cooperation.
