Murderer husband arrested after five months of killing wife in Ulipur

Kurigram Correspondent  : The police have arrested the killer husband Noor Jamal (45) after being on the run for five months after killing his wife in Ulipur of Kurigram. Noor Jamal is the son of Abdur Sattar of Masankura village in Jamuna Durgapur Union.

According to the police, husband Noor Jamal killed his wife Manjila Begum and left the body outside the house in Yamuna Masankura village of Durgapur Union on the night of May 31. In this incident, a murder case was registered at Ulipur police station. The investigating officer of the case, SI Mizanur Rahman Mizan, arrested the killer husband Noor Jamal from Belna area of ​​Keraniganj police station of Dhaka district on the night of November 17.

On Saturday (November 18) afternoon, Ulipur police station officer-in-charge (OC) Golam Mortuza said - the accused has been sent to jail through the learned court.
