News Desk: Awami League Joint General Secretary AFM Bahauddin Nasim has said that the goal of Awami League is to establish Bangladesh as a prosperous state in future. He was speaking to reporters after performing Eid-ul-Azha prayers at the municipal Eidgah ground in Madaripur town on Sunday (July 10th) morning. Bahauddin Nasim said that in remote areas of the country, the party and Bangabandhu's ideology to the grassroots people, the country is moving forward under the leadership of Sheikh Hasina - these issues are being raised. He said Sheikh Hasina's government would run the country with the support of the people by winning the next parliamentary elections. Nasim said Sheikh Hasina's government is working for the people of this country to make Bangladesh known to the world as a respected state. The next national election will be free, fair and neutral with the participation of the people. The organization will work for the country by winning the people's vote in the election. Mentioning the great contribution of Padma Bridge for the country, the joint general secretary of Awami League said the people of 21 districts of the south were lagging behind. Development would have been hampered. Now there is no obstacle, thousands of people will be employed if new industries are set up in Padmapara to launch Padma bridge. Not only commercial activities, but also education, health, agriculture and other sectors will gain momentum.
