Khaleda Zia's condition deteriorated after she was admitted to the hospital

News Desk: BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia, who is undergoing treatment at Evercare Hospital in the capital, has been suffering from various complications including arthritis, diabetes, dental and eye problems for a long time. He was taken to the operating theater for a minor operation. Physicians and responsible sources of the team have confirmed this information.

According to medical sources, Khaleda Zia is currently being given antibiotics to control her body temperature. New kidney problems have increased, there is also a deficiency of hemoglobin in the blood. In the meantime, multiple health check-ups are being done due to intermittent fever. Sources in the BNP chairperson's press wing confirmed that he was taken to the operation theater around noon on Monday (October 25). Meanwhile, Syeda Sharmila Rahman Sinthi, wife of Arafat Rahman Koko, came to Dhaka from London on Sunday to visit the BNP chairperson.

He was admitted to Evercare Hospital around 9:15 pm. Then he left at 11 o'clock at night. Another source said that he is currently staying at Khaleda Zia's Gulshan residence in Firoza. Shairul Kabir Khan, a member of the media wing of the BNP chairperson, said, "I don't know if Sharmila Sinthi has come." I don't know when he left. However, BNP secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir will hold a press conference at the BNP chairperson's political office in Gulshan at 4pm today. He went to Evercare Hospital at 11:20 am today to see the chairperson.

On October 12, Khaleda Zia was admitted to the hospital for treatment due to fever. He is currently being treated at Evercare Hospital. Earlier, he was admitted to the same hospital for 54 consecutive days due to various diseases including coronavirus.
