Strict action against those who are sending the names of the controversial people to the center: Obaidul Quader

News Desk: Awami League general secretary Obaidul Quader has said that strict organizational measures will be taken against those who are hiding the information from some districts in the local government elections and sending the names of the controversial people to the center.

He said those who are currently deprived of party or election have nothing to lose, Sheikh Hasina will evaluate their sacrifice if they wait patiently. Obaidul Quader said this at the triennial conference of Rajbari district Awami League on Saturday morning. He joined the conference virtually from his capital residence.

Obaidul Quader called upon all to be patient, noting that as long as Bangabandhu's daughter Sheikh Hasina is in the leadership, no one's sacrifice will be in vain. The general secretary of the Awami League said that there were heaps or heaps of allegations in the election or the candidates were being changed from time to time, adding that about 40 allegations had been received.
