More than 8,000 more died in Corona

News Desk: In the last 24 hours, 6,298 people have died due to coronavirus worldwide. At the same time, 4 lakh 30 thousand 618 people have been newly infected.

The data was obtained from the statistical website WorldMeter on Friday (July 2) at 9:15 am.

According to the World Meter, 17 crore 34 lakh 6 thousand 406 people have been infected with this deadly virus in the world so far. Of these, 39 lakh 71 thousand 371 people have died. 16 crore 69 lakh 14 thousand 233 people have already recovered.

The United States has so far topped the list of coronary infections and deaths. The number of victims in the country so far is 3 crore 45 lakh 81 thousand 403 people. Of these, 6 lakh 20 thousand 845 people died. On the other hand, 2 crore 90 lakh 52 thousand 6 people have recovered.

India is in the second position in the list. The number of victims in the country so far is 3 crore 4 lakh 53 thousand 936 people. Of these, 4 lakh 261 people have died. 2 crore 95 lakh 36 thousand 6 people have recovered.

In Brazil, which is in the third position, the number of infected people so far is 1 crore 8 lakh 22 thousand 304 people. Of these, 5 lakh 20 thousand 189 people died. Brazil has the second highest number of deaths after the United States. However, 1 crore 69 lakh 31 thousand 262 people have recovered in the country so far.

It is followed by France, Russia, Turkey, the United Kingdom, Argentina, Italy, Colombia, Spain, Germany, Iran, Poland, Mexico, Ukraine, Indonesia, Peru and South Africa.

Bangladesh's position in the list is now 30. The rate of infection in the country has been increasing at an alarming rate over the last few weeks. So far 9 lakh 21 thousand 559 people have been infected with corona in the country. Of these, 14,748 people died. 6 lakh 20 thousand 913 people have recovered from Corona.

The first coronavirus was detected in December 2019 in Wuhan, China. The first patient in the country died of corona on January 9, 2020. On January 13 of that year, the first corona patient was identified outside of China in Thailand.
