He said this while speaking as the chief guest at the commemoration and doa mahfil program on the occasion of the 11th death anniversary of legendary journalist Abdul Majid Dudu, a former member of the executive committee of Pabna Press Club.

Press Club General Secretary Zahurul Islam gave a welcome speech at the beginning of the commemoration meeting organized under the chairmanship of Pabna Press Club President Akhtaruzzaman Akhtar at the VIP auditorium of Pabna Press Club. Besides, Pabna Press Club's former president and eminent educationist Professor Shivjit Nag, former president ABM Fazlur Rahman, veteran journalist Abdul Mateen Khan, The Daily Observer correspondent Naresh Madhu, Ekushe Television and Manabzamin staff reporter Rajiur Rahman Rumi, The Daily NewAge correspondent Mahfuz Alam, press club executive member Shaheen Rahman, executive director of private development organization Osaka also spoke.
