Coronavirus: 7 more deaths in the country, 366 newly identified

News Desk: In the last 24 hours, seven more people have died in the country due to coronavirus infection. The total number of deaths from coronavirus in the country stands at 6,358. This information has been informed in a press release of the health department on Monday.

Besides, a new corona has been identified in the bodies of 36 more people. So far, the total number of people diagnosed with coronavirus has stood at 5 lakh, 43 thousand 618 people. In the last 24 hours, the detection rate has been 3.30 percent. So far, the detection rate in the total examination is 13.63 percent.

The total mortality rate is 1.54 percent. In the last 24 hours, a total of 11,103 samples have been tested in 214 laboratories in the country, both public and private. So far, a total of 39 lakh 57 thousand 6 samples have been tested under public and private management. Meanwhile, 692 more people have recovered from Corona in 24 hours, the statement said, adding that the total number of healthy people in the country stands at 4,92,059.

The recognized recovery rate is 90.50 percent. The first corona patient was identified in the country on March 8 and the first death was reported on March 16 by the Department of Health.
