News Desk: Qatar has called on Iran to be included in the diplomacy of Gulf Arab countries. The country, which has been under siege from its Arab neighbors for more than three years, has also offered to mediate.

The world's largest gas field is in the joint waters of Qatar and Iran. A large part of Qatar has fallen. The name of this gas field in the Qatari part is 'North Dome'. And in the Iranian part it is called 'South Pars'. Although the two countries share waters, most of the world's demand for NNG comes from this gas field. Gulf countries have been calling for talks with Iran for several years.

Arab countries have blamed Iran for the unrest in the Middle East. However, Tehran has denied the allegations. Qatar's foreign minister, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman al-Thani, told Bloomberg TV on Monday that his government was "very optimistic" that this would happen.

“We believe it should be,” he said. It is expected that Iran will hold talks with the Gulf Cooperation Council countries. Saudi Arabia has so far not publicly indicated its intention to hold talks with Iran.
