Britain directly refused to give warplanes to Ukraine

International Desk: Ukraine has received a promise to receive tanks from the United States, United Kingdom and Germany to resist Russian aggression. In such a situation, Kiev has also asked for the fourth generation fighter jets from the western countries.

However, Germany and the US answered 'no' to the proposal. This time, the United Kingdom announced its position regarding the warplanes. Britain flatly refused to provide Volodymyr Zelensky with fourth generation fighter jets.

British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak's office spokesperson confirmed this information on Tuesday. Reuters news.

However, Germany and the US answered 'no' to the proposal. This time, the United Kingdom announced its position regarding the warplanes. Britain flatly refused to provide Volodymyr Zelensky with fourth generation fighter jets.

The spokesman of Sunak's office said, "It is not possible to send warplanes to Ukraine in the current situation."

Explaining this decision, he said, 'It takes a few months to learn how to fly our modern warplanes. So we think the decision to send fighter jets to Ukraine right now is not realistic.'

However, the United Kingdom said that Britain will continue to discuss with its allies about providing military assistance to Ukraine.
