International Desk: Israel's army continues operations in the occupied West Bank. Four more Palestinians were reported killed in the attack by Israeli forces. Another 19 people were injured in this attack. Palestinian officials have confirmed this information. Earlier, another Palestinian was killed by Israeli forces on Saturday (October 22).

A spokesman for the Palestinian Fatah movement said clashes broke out between Palestinian security forces and armed fighters after Israeli forces entered the city of Nablus early Tuesday.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health said in a statement that three people were killed and at least 19 were wounded in Nablus by Israeli forces. Apart from this, a civilian was also killed in their firing.

They also reported that another Palestinian was killed by Israeli forces in Ramallah. But the Israeli military says its members are only working in Nablus. However, they did not give details of the incident.

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas' spokesman Nabil Abu Rudeneh said in a statement that President Mahmoud Abbas is in Nablus "urgently contacting to stop this aggression against our people".

Deadly attacks are on the rise in East Jerusalem and the West Bank. The worst attack happened in 2015. Palestinian attackers have been accused of carrying out multiple stabbings, shootings and horse-drawn attacks in East Jerusalem and the West Bank over the years. 19 Israeli soldiers have been killed in multiple secret attacks in the past few months. After that, the Israeli forces increased their grip.

More than 120 Palestinians have died this year in Tel Aviv's aggression. The dead include gunmen from militant groups, teenagers and youths who were shot dead after allegedly throwing stones or petrol bombs. Unarmed civilians, pedestrians, protesters and anti-Israeli settlement activists. The list also includes people suspected of attacking Israeli soldiers with knives or other weapons.

Israel occupied the West Bank during the 6-day Arab-Israeli war in 1967. Since then, the country has settled there in various phases. About 600,000 Israeli Jews currently live in the West Bank. It is considered illegal under international law.
