News Desk: Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC), Khulna Divisional Office on the third floor of six rooms on fire, files and furniture were burned. On Thursday (June 2) at around 2.45 pm, two units of the adjoining fire department saw the smoke coming out of the windows of the building and brought the fire under control in 45 minutes. Abdul Wadud, deputy director of the ACC Khulna office, confirmed the information. Abdul Wadud said, “Most of the workers went home as the office was closed at 5 pm. Suddenly, there was a noise and smoke on the third floor and the fire service was notified. They came and broke the door lock and window glass and after 45 minutes of trying to put out the fire. The fire started from an electrical short circuit, the fire service said.
