News Desk: Jatiya Party (JPA) Chairman and Deputy Leader of the Opposition Golam Mohammad (GM) Quader has expressed deep grief over the loss of life in the fire that engulfed the MV Abhiyan-10 launch from Dhaka to Barguna on the Sugandha River in Jhalokati. He said that even in the 50 years of independence, the country's waterways have not been safe.

Such sad news cannot be accepted. In a condolence message on Friday (December 24) morning, he expressed his condolences to the bereaved families and wished forgiveness to the departed souls.
