News Desk: BNP secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir has said that the enemies at the border are still scared because Begum Khaleda Zia is alive. Without him, there would be no democracy. If Khaleda Zia does not survive, the Awami League will not exist.

He made the remarks at a protest rally of nationalist students in front of the National Press Club on Saturday (December 4th). The program was organized to demand the release of BNP chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia and her treatment abroad.

Mirza Fakhrul said, "Khaleda Zia did not fly and sit on the ground. She is a leader who has left Bangladesh. Release Khaleda Zia immediately. Let her be treated abroad. Otherwise, her treatment will be ensured through movement." That movement will be the movement of your downfall.

He said that the enemies at the border are still afraid that Khaleda Zia is there. He is the symbol of independence, sovereignty and democracy of this country. Without him there would be no democracy, without Khaleda Zia there would be no Awami League.
