EB officer dies of corona infection

EB Correspondent: Islamic University (IB) official Jaminur Rahman Dudu has died of coronavirus infection (Inna Lillahi wa Inna Ilahi Raziun). He was the assistant registrar of Saddam Hussein Hall at the university. He died at his home around 10 a.m. on Tuesday (June 29).

University Treasurer Professor Alamgir Hossain Bhuiyan has confirmed the death. Funeral prayers of the deceased will be held at his home after Asr at Shailkupar Srirampur in Jhenaidah. He will be buried in the family graveyard after Janaza prayers.

According to family sources, Jaminur Rahman Dudu had been suffering from cold, flu and cough for about a week. He took the test on Monday after seeing corona symptoms. About 1 hour after his death, the report came positive on Tuesday. Besides, his heart stopped beating this morning due to coronary heart disease. He later died at his home around 10 p.m.

Meanwhile, the death of the officer Jaminur Rahman, Vice Chancellor of the University. Sheikh Abdus Salam, Treasurer Professor. Alamgir Hossain Bhuiyan, Registrar (Acting) P. Ataur Rahman, Saddam Hussein Hall Provost Professor. Gautam Kumar Das expressed his condolences in a separate message. In the condolence message, they prayed for the forgiveness of the departed soul and conveyed their condolences to his bereaved family.
