Transfer of 5 District Judges

News Desk: In consultation with the Supreme Court, five judges holding the positions of District and Sessions Judge have been transferred. On Tuesday (February 3), the Ministry of Law’s Law and Justice Division issued the related notification.
According to the notification:
Mohammad Moazzem Hossain, Registrar (Judicial) of the High Court Division, has been appointed as the Judge (District and Sessions Judge) of the Munshiganj Women and Children Repression Prevention Tribunal.
Muhammad Hasanuzzaman, Registrar of the Appellate Division, has been transferred as the Special Judge of Dhaka Special Judge Court-1.
Shariful Alam Bhuiyan, Registrar (Judicial) of the High Court Division, has been assigned as the Judge of the Munshiganj Land Survey Appeal Tribunal.
Begum Faizunnesa, an officer attached to the Law and Justice Division, has been transferred as the Judge of the Munshiganj Women and Children Repression Prevention Tribunal.

Additionally, Md. Abul Kashem, Special Judge of Dhaka Special Judge Court-1, has been appointed as Chairman of the Mymensingh Labor Court.
The notification states that Moazzem Hossain, Hasanuzzaman, and Shariful Alam will hand over their current duties on the date determined by the Supreme Court. The other officers will hand over their present responsibilities on February 4 and immediately assume their new positions.
