News Desk: Job seekers have blocked the administrative building of Rajshahi University (RU) demanding recruitment. Former and current BCL leaders and activists of the job-seeking university took position in front of the gate of the administrative building around 9:30 am on Tuesday (January 12).

The blockade continues until this report is written. As a result, the officers and employees are not able to enter the administrative building. Earlier, BCL leaders and activists locked the vice-chancellor's residence around 9:30 pm on Monday (January 11). The Vice-Chancellor M Abdus Sobhan, Deputy Vice-Chancellor Professor Anand Kumar Saha, Professor Chowdhury. Zakaria and Proctor Professor Lutfar Rahman were blocked.

About 12 hours later, the Vice-Chancellor's residence was unlocked on Tuesday morning. Mahafuz Al-Amin, vice-president of the RU BCL, who took a position there, said, "Until a solution is found, we will take a position here until we are assured." Regarding the unlocking of the vice-chancellor's residence, he said a university professor had died.

Since the Ministry of Education has instructed to stop the recruitment. So I talked to the education secretary about the matter. He asked to be appointed.
