Awarding certificates and scholarships to meritorious students under the initiative of Tangail Teachers Foundation

Tangail Representative: Under the initiative of the Tangail Teachers Foundation Central Committee, meritorious students have been given education certificates, magazines and scholarships.

The event was organized at Tangail District Shilpakala Academy on Saturday, April 20. 6744 students of various educational institutions of Tangail, Gazipur and Sirajganj districts participated in this scholarship examination. Among them, 704 meritorious students were awarded scholarships through this program.

Tangail Sadar (5) Member of Parliament Md. Chanwar Hossain (MP) was the chief guest on the occasion. 

Mamunur Rashid, General Secretary of Teachers Foundation Central Committee, gave a welcome address on the occasion. Chaired by the President of the Teachers Foundation Central Committee. Khandaker Anisul Haque. Tangail Municipality Mayor SM Sirajul Haque Alamgir was the main speaker. Sadar Upazila Parishad Chairman Shajahan Ansari and district Awami League member Md. Aminul Islam Khan were special guests. Teachers Foundation Central Committee Chief Election Commissioner Md Sajjad Hossain, Teachers Foundation Vice President Abu Saleh Md Main Uddin, Abu Sama Mia, Md Sakhawat Hossain, Literary Editor Bhavesh Mukut Pal, Executive Member Md Parvez Mia, Joint Editor Roshan Jamil were present. , Information and Research Editor Md. Kamrul Hasan Siddiqui, Women's Editor Salma Akhtar, Publicity Editor Md. Atiqur Rahman, Senior Joint Editor Md. Khalid Mosharraf, Associate Finance Editor Accumila Chakraborty, Deputy Finance Editor Mehdi Mamud, Office Editor Md. Abdullah Al Amin. Teachers Foundation Tangail Sadar Upazila General Secretary Md Lutfar Rahman along with Central Committee Anisur Rahman Sujan, Md Maqbul Hossain Md Tofazzal Hossain and Md Akhtaruzzaman were also present. 

Sabiha Parveen, Secretary of Meetings and Seminars of Teachers Foundation moderated the program. 

The guests said in their speech, boys and girls should be brought up in good education, they should learn to speak the truth. The purpose of giving this scholarship is not to give some money, its purpose is to encourage students to develop their talent. The speakers urged the parents to be more caring towards the students. Hundreds of students, parents and teachers were present at the scholarship awarding ceremony. Students express their excitement by receiving the scholarship award and certificate in their hands.
