Naogaon Correspondent: Vipul Chandra got a job as a cleaner after appearing for another in the recruitment test at Paril High School, Raninagar, Naogaon, after scoring 17.6 marks. His closest candidate Bikash Chandra Pal got 17.3 nos. Such an incident has given rise to a great stir in that area. This recruitment test was held last Saturday (April 6) under strict security on the basis of 100% transparency and merit.

Since the former president of the school management committee had filed a written complaint to postpone this recruitment examination alleging various irregularities, the concerned authorities have taken strict security measures to conduct the examination in a fair and beautiful environment on the basis of 100% transparency and merit. Apart from this, several representatives from the local MPs were also present at the examination site keeping a safe distance as per the rules so that no party can question the recruitment process by creating any chaos and the peaceful environment of the examination is maintained.

Mamunur Rashid has been appointed as a security guard and Rabeya Bashri has been appointed as a nanny. Abdus Sattar, the head teacher of the school said that the recruitment process has been completed on the basis of transparency and merit as per the instructions of the local MP and District Commissioner Sir. According to the new rules, the members of the appointment committee were the representative of the Deputy Commissioner, the Upazila Secondary Education Officer, the President of the School Management Committee and the member secretary in charge. In the afternoon, the committee members prepared the question papers in the school premises and the examination was conducted through tight security.

After all the process the final result is announced in the afternoon. As my son was a candidate in the recruitment examination, I was kept out of all examination proceedings as per rules. We have set an example that recruitment tests can be completed on the basis of 100% transparency and merit if the concerned authorities want.

Expressing his intentions after getting the job, Atul Chandra's son Vipul Chandra, a graduate (BA) of Paril village, said he never imagined that he would get the job himself by giving a proxy on behalf of someone. He came to take the proxy test on behalf of the main candidate Biswajit Chandra Saha. A rare incident has arisen where recruitment tests are conducted on the basis of 100% transparency and merit. Vipul Chandra expressed immense gratitude to the great creator first and then to all those involved in the examination.
