China-Bangladesh Business Excellence Award 2023 Ceremony

Newsdesk: On December 21, the Chinese Enterprises Association in Bangladesh (CEAB) and Bangladesh China Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCCI) jointly held the China-Bangladesh Business Excellence Award 2023 Ceremony. H.E. Mr. Yao Wen, Ambassador of China to Bangladesh attended the ceremony and delivered a keynote speech.

Ambassador Yao said in his keynote speech that 2023 is a fruitful year for China-Bangladesh cooperation. The two countries' leaders have injected vibrant political momentum into the development of bilateral relations. Also in this year, China-Bangladesh trade and investment cooperation have developed steadily. The two countries have jointly witnessed fruitful achievements in the construction of mega projects. China aid projects have been playing an even more important role in promoting economic and social development of Bangladesh. The development of CEAB has also entered a new stage.

Ambassador Yao emphasized that China is the most reliable development partner and a trustworthy friend of Bangladesh. Chinese and Bangladeshi enterprises should make full use of the dividends of Belt and Road cooperation, give full play to the complementary advantages of the two economies, build China-Bangladesh economic and trade cooperation into a benchmark and model for high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative, and uplift China-Bangladesh strategic partnership to higher levels.

In the ceremony, Ambassador Yao and other guests jointly presented China-Bangladesh Business Excellence Award to 27 Chinese and Bangladeshi enterprises.
