H. E. Li Jiming, Ambassador of China to Bangladesh, paid a farewell call on H.E. Majid Halim, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Morocco & Dean of the Diplomatic Corps on 11th December 2022.

Halim felt sorry for the upcoming departure of Ambassador Li, and thanked Ambassador Li for meeting him before leaving. Halim stressed that Morocco is the first country in North Africa to sign the Belt and Road Initiative implementation plan with China, he hoped that the bilateral relations will continue to develop and the cooperation between the two countries will deepen in various fields.

Ambassador Li thanked Halim for his support and assistance to the Chinese side during his tenure and cherished the friendly relations established with Halim and other diplomatic envoys in Bangladesh. China will work together with Morocco to promote the China-Morocco strategic partnership to a new height and bring benefits to the people of China and Morocco.
