International Desk: The Moscow-appointed administrator of the region, Vladimir Saldo, has called on civilians in the Russian-occupied Kherson region of Ukraine to evacuate. According to BBC, Russia made this decision amid the recent activity of Ukrainian troops in the recovery of Kherson. The Russian government has decided to help evacuate residents from other regions of the country, including Kherson. Those who will leave their area in the face of attack, they will provide everything they need including accommodation for free. In the meantime, Russia has accused Ukraine's missile attack on civilians in Kherson. But Ukraine rejected the matter. They say that Ukraine can never attack its own citizens. "The first group from Kherson will arrive in Russia's Rostov region on Friday," Governor Vasily Golubev said. Rostov Region will accept and shelter everyone who wants to come to us from Kherson." He said, along with other weapons, the use of the US Humers rocket system is having an adverse effect on the region. Moscow occupied the Kherson region of Ukraine for the first time after the start of military operations in Ukraine by Russian forces on February 24.
