BTV will be fully launched in Khulna before the election

News Desk: Information and Broadcasting Minister. Hasan Mahmud said, Bangladesh Television (BTV) is being launched in full size in Khulna. He said BTV centers will be launched in all departments. This will lead to the development of art literature and the emergence of new talents. Employment will be created. The Information and Broadcasting Minister said that BTV will be fully launched in Khulna before the election.

He was speaking as the chief guest at a function to distribute checks for grants from the Prime Minister's Press Fund at the district administration's conference room on Friday (September 24) at 11am. Hasan Mahmud.

The minister said journalists of all ideologies would receive grants from the prime minister. In this case, ideological judgment will not be considered. He said the head of government is journalist friendly. For this the government has formed the Journalist Welfare Trust. Which has not happened in any other country.

Deputy Commissioner presided over the ceremony. Moniruzzaman Talukdar. Special guests were Khulna City Corporation Mayor and Metropolitan Awami League President Talukder Abdul Khaleq, District Council Chairman and District Awami League President Sheikh Harunur Rashid.

A check for a grant of Tk 10,000 was handed over to 75 journalists on the occasion. Earlier, the Minister visited BTV's Khulna Kendra, Bangladesh Betar Khulna Kendra and paid homage to the portrait of Bangabandhu.
