Sports Desk: The holy month of Ramadan is going on. This month is very significant for Muslims. Where devout Muslims fast for a whole month to gain the pleasure of Allah Almighty. Cricketers are not out of it. Cricketers fast in the middle of any tournament if it does not conflict with the schedule. There are even many examples of fasting.

However, seeing Muslim cricketers, there is not a single instance of fasting of other religions. Sunrisers Hyderabad cricketers Kane Williamson and David Warner have done the same in the current Indian Premier League (IPL).

These two world stars of the team have also fasted after seeing Rashid Khan, Mohammad Nabi, and Mujib Ur Rahman. The news came through a video uploaded by Afghan legspinner Rashid Khan on Sunday night. While sitting at the Iftar table, Rashid was asking about the experience of Warner and Williamson fasting.

The video shows Rashid asking Warner, "David, how was your fast today?" Warner replied, "Very well. But now I am very thirsty, I am very hungry. My throat is very dry. ' Rashid asked Williamson the same question.

In reply, the Kiwi captain said, "I feel very good." Williamson's wife, Sarah Rahim, is a Muslim. So he already has an idea about these religious issues of Islam. Later, at the end of the video, Rashid Khan said, "These two legends were fasting today. It’s really nice to see them at the Iftar table. ’Then Warner from the side said,‘ (Keep fasting) is hard, really very difficult. ’
