Police drills to ensure security ahead of Eid in Faridpur will continue

Faridpur Correspondent:  Kotwali Police Station members conducted a drill in Faridpur city to ensure public safety on the occasion of the holy Eid-ul-Fitr. On Wednesday (March 19) afternoon, the drill was conducted with more than a hundred motorcycles led by the OC of Kotwali Police Station.

The exercise ended after leaving the Kotwali police station and going to Tepakhola, from there, after going around various roads again, reaching the Janata Bank intersection.

Faridpur Kotwali Police Station Officer-in-Charge Md. Asaduzzaman said that this exercise is being conducted to ensure the safety of the residents of the city and those who will come to the city for the Eid market. So that the residents of the city can shop without worry. In addition, the police are on alert to prevent criminals from causing any untoward incident. He also said that this activity will continue until Eid.
