International Desk: Seven more bodies have been recovered from the rubble of the besieged Gaza Strip, bringing the death toll in the besieged enclave to 48,329.

The news agency said Palestinian health workers and rescue workers recovered seven more bodies from under the rubble in Gaza, bringing the number of Palestinians killed in the Israeli offensive in Gaza since October 2023 to 48,329, the Gaza Health Ministry said.
A ministry statement said that two Palestinians were killed in the past 48 hours by Israeli shelling, adding to the death toll. In addition, about 111,753 people have been injured in the Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 2023. Many people are still under the rubble and lying on the streets, but rescuers are unable to reach them.
A ceasefire in Gaza has been in effect since January 19. The three-phase ceasefire agreement includes prisoner exchanges and a permanent peace, a permanent ceasefire, and the withdrawal of Israeli troops from Gaza.
According to the United Nations, Israel's brutal offensive has displaced about 85 percent of Gaza's Palestinian population, and 60 percent of the infrastructure in the besieged territory has been damaged or destroyed.
