The Meteorological Office has given a glimpse of thunder with gale force winds

News desk: It's getting hotter. From the first day of Chaitra, the effect of heat has started in the northern region to some extent. Meanwhile, the Meteorological Department has predicted rain.

The forecast of the Meteorological Department says that it may rain in different parts of the country today, Tuesday and tomorrow, Wednesday. Rain may be accompanied by stormy winds. Besides, day and night temperatures may also decrease.

It is said that on Tuesday, some places of Rajshahi, Dhaka, Khulna, Barisal, Chittagong and Sylhet divisions and two places each of Rangpur and Mymensingh divisions may experience rain and thunder with temporary gusts of wind.

Day temperature may drop by 1 to 3 degrees Celsius across the country. The night temperature may also drop slightly.

Rain and thunder with temporary gusts or gales may occur in some places of Rangpur, Rajshahi, Dhaka, Mymensingh, Khulna, Barisal, Chittagong and Sylhet divisions tomorrow, Wednesday.

Daytime temperatures across the country are likely to remain almost unchanged on this day. The night temperature may drop slightly.
