US Ambassador Peter Haas has returned to Dhaka

News Desk:  US Ambassador to Bangladesh Peter Haas has returned to Dhaka after Christmas vacation. He returned to Dhaka at 12 noon on Thursday (December 28). Airport sources confirmed this information. 

Peter Haas went to Delhi with his wife on December 22. The previous day (December 21) he had a meeting with Foreign Secretary Masood bin Momen for about half an hour Besides, the US ambassador had a meeting with the foreign secretary on November 30. The meeting between them lasted for about one and a half hours.  

It should be noted that Peter Haas visited Sri Lanka on November 16 for a holiday. He returned to Dhaka on November 27 after spending 11 days off.
