The minister said, "The US delegation wants the transition to democracy and free, fair and impartial elections." In response to another question about the presidential election, the law minister said that the election would be held within 60-90 days after the end of the term. Law Minister Anisul Haque also said, 'Government has not and will not take any step to attack BNP politically. The government is taking action against those who commit crimes according to law.'
