Joining new police superintendent Akbar Ali Munsi in Pabna

Tofazzal Hossain Babu, Pabna: Md. Akbar Ali Munshi has joined as the new Superintendent of Police (SP) of Pabna district. Before this he was working as Superintendent of Police of Netrakona district. On Sunday (August 28) afternoon, he took charge of Pabna District Superintendent of Police. Soon after assuming charge, the District Police Pabna posted a post on its Facebook page saying "Police will be the first trust of the people". There he mentions to directly message the District Police Pabna Facebook page for information or any police service related to drugs, terrorism, women abuse and other crimes in the district. SP Mohammad Mohibul Islam Khan, BPM, who was earlier working in Pabna left Pabna on Saturday (August 27) afternoon as he was promoted to the post of Additional DIG. Incidentally, Mahibul Islam Khan, BPM joined Pabna as Superintendent of Police on January 1, 2021 and was promoted as Additional DIG in June this year. He has been transferred to RAB. New SP Md Akbar Ali Munshi replaced previous SP Mohammad Mohibul Islam Khan, BPM.
