The members of the Delta Governance Council are the Minister of Agriculture, the Minister of Finance, the Minister of Food, the Minister of Lands and the Minister of Environment, Forests and Climate Change.

Stating that infrastructure cannot be built everywhere, the Prime Minister said, "Huge sea water has to be utilized for the economic development of the country. In order to work with the country, those concerned must first get to know the country well. ”

Talking about the formulation of a policy for the implementation of the Delta Master Plan, the Prime Minister said, Although we have no responsibility for climate change, Bangladesh is well on the list of victims of this crisis caused by developed countries. ”
