16 more dengue patients were admitted to the hospital in 24 hours

News Desk: In the last 24 hours, 18 more people have been admitted to different hospitals across the country including the capital. However, no one died of dengue at this time.

This information was given in the regular dengue report of the Health Emergency Operations Center and Control Room of the Department of Health on Saturday (December 25).

According to the report, most of those admitted to the hospital are residents of districts outside Dhaka. Of these, 17 have been admitted to various government and private hospitals in the capital and 2 to various hospitals outside Dhaka.

At present, the total number of dengue patients admitted in different government and private hospitals of the country stands at 106 people. 7 people are admitted in 46 government and private hospitals of Dhaka and 40 people are admitted in different hospitals of other departments.

According to the report, a total of 26,346 patients were admitted to the hospital from January 1 to December 25 this year. Of them, 26,137 have recovered and left the hospital. Dengue has killed 104 people at this time.
