Another 25 lakh Pfizer vaccines are coming to the country on Monday

News Desk: Another 2.5 million Pfizer vaccines are coming on Monday (September 28) to prevent the deadly coronavirus infection. The vaccines are coming from the World Health Organization's Covax facility.

It is to be noted that a total of 4 crore 94 lakh 29 thousand 940 doses of vaccines have been purchased in the country under AstraZeneca, Cinopharma, Modernna vaccines and Covax facilities. The first dose has been given to a total of 2 crore 41 lakh 98 thousand 598 people and the second dose vaccine has been given to 1 crore 80 lakh 33 thousand 981 people (till September 25).

In addition, China is in the process of importing 20 million doses of the vaccine per month from this month, according to an agreement with Sinofarm to purchase 60 million doses of the vaccine.

In addition, the World Health Organization is in the process of purchasing a total of 240 million doses of vaccines, including another 100 million doses of vaccines.
