Another died in Corona in Chittagong in the last 24 hours, 27 identified

News Desk: Another person has died in Chittagong in the last 24 hours due to coronavirus infection. The total death toll in the district stood at one thousand 262 people.

At that time, 26 people were identified as infected with corona. The total number of identified people in the district has increased to one lakh one thousand 312 people.

A report released by the Chittagong Civil Surgeon's Office on Monday (September 20) morning revealed this information.

Dr. Civil Surgeon. Rabbi Sheikh Fazle said that in the last 24 hours, samples of 1,513 people were tested in different labs in Chittagong and corona germs were detected in the bodies of 26 people. Of these, 20 are from the city and seven from different upazilas.

He added that in the last 24 hours, five people in Chittagong University Lab, seven in Fauzdarhat BITID Lab, five in Chittagong Medical College Lab, five in Imperial Hospital Lab and one in Chevron Hospital Lab were diagnosed with corona.

At the same time, coronary infections were detected in three people at the Epic Health Care Lab and one in antigen tests.
