In the last 24 hours, 232 more people have been admitted to hospitals in the country

News Desk: In the last 24 hours, 232 new dengue patients have been admitted to different hospitals in the country. Of these, 17 have been admitted to various government and private hospitals in the capital Dhaka and 45 to various hospitals outside Dhaka.

According to the Department of Health, most of the patients admitted to the hospital due to dengue are residents of the capital. In all, 59 people have migrated to the country this year due to dengue.

This information was given in the regular dengue report of the Health Emergency Operations Center and Control Room of the Health Department on Saturday (September 17) afternoon.

In the last 24 hours, 232 new people have been admitted to various hospitals across the country due to dengue. At present, the total number of patients admitted to various government and private hospitals in the country stands at 1,196.

990 people are admitted in 41 government and private hospitals in Dhaka and 206 people are admitted in different hospitals of other departments.

According to the report, a total of 15,480 patients have been admitted to the hospital from January 1 this year to today (September 18). Among them, 14,204 patients have recovered and left the hospital. Dengue has killed 59 people at this time.
