Another 321 new dengue patients have been admitted to hospitals in the country

News Desk: In the last 24 hours, 321 new dengue patients have been admitted to different hospitals in the country. Of these, 246 people have been admitted to various government and private hospitals in the capital Dhaka and 75 people have been admitted to various hospitals outside Dhaka.

According to the Department of Health, most of the patients admitted to the hospital due to dengue are residents of the capital. In all, at least 54 people have migrated to the country this year without returning.

This information has been given in the regular dengue report of the Health Emergency Operations Center and Control Room of the Health Department on Monday afternoon.

With the new 321 people, the total number of dengue patients admitted to various government and private hospitals in the country now stands at 1,271.

There are 1,060 people admitted in 41 government and private hospitals in Dhaka and 191 people are admitted in different hospitals of other departments.

A total of 14,221 patients have been admitted to the hospital from January 1 this year to today (September 13). Among them, 12,796 patients have recovered and left the hospital. Dengue has killed 54 people at this time.
