Today may be Kalbaishakhi in 3 divisions of the country

News Desk: The sky is cloudy in different parts of the country including Dhaka. Of course, so far it has not rained anywhere in the country. However, there is a possibility of Kalbaishakhi flowing in two regions and three divisions today. Meanwhile, heat waves are sweeping over seven regions and five divisions of the country and may subside in some areas.

The Meteorological Department said this on Wednesday (April 27) morning. The forecast for the next 24 hours from 9 a.m. said that there could be temporary gusts of wind and rain with thunderstorms in Comilla and Kishoreganj districts, Rangpur, Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions.

Elsewhere in the country, the weather will be mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy skies. It has been said that mild to moderate heat wave is sweeping over Sitakunda, Rangamati, Comilla, Maijdicourt, Feni, Rajshahi and Pabna areas, Dhaka, Rangpur, Khulna, Barisal and Sylhet divisions and it may subside in some places.

The increase in light pressure is located in West Bengal and adjoining areas. Daytime temperatures across the country may remain almost unchanged and nighttime temperatures may rise slightly.

The meteorological office also said that there could be rain and thunderstorms at the beginning of the next three days.
