Coronavirus: No deaths in Chittagong in last 24 hours, identified 36

News Desk: No one has died in Chittagong in the last 24 hours due to coronavirus infection. After a few days, Chittagong saw a deathless day. However, 36 people have been identified as infected with corona during this period.

With this, the total number of identities in the Chittagong district stands at 46,065. A report released by the Chittagong Civil Surgeon's Office on Thursday (April 15th) revealed this information. Dr. Civil Surgeon. Sheikh Fazle Rabbi said yesterday (Wednesday) in different labs of Chittagong, one thousand 442 samples were tested and 36 people were found to have corona germs.

Of these, 293 are from the city and 64 from the Upazila. It is learned that in the last 24 hours, 84 people were diagnosed with a corona in Chittagong University Lab, 83 in Fauzdarhat BITID Lab, 93 in Chittagong Medical College Lab, and 40 in Chittagong Veterinary University Lab.

At the same time, 57 people were diagnosed with a corona in the private Imperial Hospital lab and 21 in the Maternal and Child Hospital lab. However, no samples were tested at Chevron Hospital and General Hospital RTRL Lab and four samples from Cox's Bazar Medical College Lab in Chittagong did not detect corona infection in anyone's body.

According to district administration sources, a mobile court led by several executive magistrates raided various places in Chittagong yesterday following a nationwide crackdown to prevent coronavirus infection.

A total of 19,030 Taka was recovered in 33 cases. At the same time, five and a half thousand masks were also distributed for awareness. Besides, it is learned that mobile courts will be set up at different places in Chittagong to ensure the health and implement lockdown.
