News Desk: The Palestinian resistance movement Hamas has stated that the implementation of the second phase of the Gaza ceasefire agreement depends entirely on Israel's full compliance with the first phase. This includes the complete withdrawal of Israeli occupation forces from Gaza and a halt to all military attacks.
In an official statement issued on Friday (July 31), Hamas made it clear that Israel's commitment to ending its military offensive is the primary and indispensable precondition for implementing the agreed terms of the deal and establishing a timeline for its execution.
The group also outlined several additional conditions necessary to move the agreement forward. These include the formation of a national administrative committee to govern Gaza, the deployment of an international stabilization force, and the dismantling of Israel-backed militia groups.
